LASER-ENGRAVED HOST GIFT
Asked to design a host gift for a client staying at a friend's beach house. Landed on a personalized, beach-themed engraving for a set of salad spoons. A small thank you, made a little more personal.
LASER-ENGRAVED LEATHER JOURNAL
There's no job too small at DAY : MADE. This was a quick one — the client provided the design, the direction, and the journal, and had it back in her hands, fully customized, in about an hour.
LASER-ETCHED STOCKING STUFFERS
Laser-etched wooden spoons personalized with songs and phrases spanning Gen X to Gen Alpha. Even the simplest gift can be thoughtful, funny, and made to last.
END-OF-THE-YEAR TEACHER GIFT
Last summer a friend asked me to hand-paint an album cover to celebrate her son's kindergarten teacher on the occasion of her retirement. I sketched a few options, she picked her favorite, and I painted the design directly onto the canvas cover of the photo album. The teacher received it at the class's end-of-year party — a one-of-a-kind keepsake for a well-loved teacher.
